Who We Are
Known as Georgetown’s Hidden Treasure, Bacchus Restaurant and Wine Bar is one of the Cayman Islands’ first restaurants of
its kind ever to be opened. Its prime George Town location and cozy design help make it perfect for both a private, romantic
dinner for two and a multi-guest celebration. Upon entering the lively bar and sociable atmosphere, guests are made to feel
as though they’ve been transported to the Latin Quarter of Paris. Built to emulate
the look of an actual wine cellar, it is the perfect setting to enjoy one’s favorite glass of Chardonnay.
Bacchus, expertly named after the mythological god of wine, employs the talents of award winning chefs who create an exquisite list of unique dishes that cater to the palates of fine dining aficionados from all around the world. Other features of this elite establishment include a full service bar, exceptional wine list, catering, and takeout menu, and comfortable outside as well as inside dining areas for private and other parties. Lunch delivery is also available for those who prefer to enjoy the extraordinary cuisine from the privacy of their own home.
Open Monday through Saturday, Bacchus’ Executive Chef, Keith Griffin, prepares a daily changing menu, and will gladly cater to
the special requests of guests, as long as he has the ingredients. Recipient of a Taste of the Caribbean event award, the
restaurant offers plenty of dinner options plus a three course wine dinner special for which diners may choose from their
preference of appetizer, main course, dessert, and two classes of wine. With all of the uncertainties of the world, at
Bacchus, one can be guaranteed a delicious meal. Aside from owning Bacchus Restaurant and Wine Bar,
Chef Griffin is the driving force behind the Cayman Culinary Association’s many activities and promotions
